Mike has a wide range of experience in manufacturing, CAD CAM software and software programming. Starting his career in the workshop, he has worked in bespoke and mass production environments as a cabinet maker, GRP Pattern Maker and Prototyper.

He started his first ‘office’ job in 2005 as a draftsman using 2D AutoCAD. He has since implemented 3D CAD software (Solidworks and Inventor) at 3 different companies, greatly improving efficiency and reducing errors in the CAD office. Mike has also automated the link between CAD and various CNC machines.

Since joining Realm, Mike has automated the production of cutting lists and CNC programs. He has also worked on procuring, setting up and integrating our ERP system into the business.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys cycling, walking, climbing and has two young children to keep him busy.
