This was Realm’s first project with both ISG and Perkins and Will, two of the foremost names within the London office fit-out sector.

As with all our projects, keeping a tight control of costs, quality and efficiency were paramount. We achieved this, first by bringing in the bench joiners who had worked on the original joinery and ensuring they worked alongside the site-fixing team. We also applied our customary project-management focus, on both our own work and that of third party sub-contractors. Our diligent approach, along with our successful, high-value project delivery resulted in both ISG and Perkins and Will retaining Realm for numerous future projects.
